By doing the right exercises with the correct kettle bells you can actually see results in strength and size. I started training with kettle bells over three years ago and was always interested in lifting heavy kettle bells for strength and power. Doing tons of reps with light kettle bells never appealed to me. While my goal was not to get bigger, it happened as a side effect of hard training with heavy kettle bells.
While I am not giving any of the Venice Beach Bodybuilders any competition (not one of my goals and I doubt that it is one of yours), I have shown clearly that you can build a strong, muscular, and flexible physique by working with kettle bells. When I first started lifting kettle bells, I could barely press two 70lb kettle bells three times. Now, I can press two 88lb kettle bells five times at a body weight of 195lbs. This video will show you step-by-step instructions how to get there!
For the past three years kettle bells have been my main source of weight training. This video will show you how to get much stronger with kettle bells and build a muscular physique as well.
